For over 30 years, UK International Soccer has been committed to delivering THE BEST POSSIBLE SOCCER EXPERIENCE! This summer, Camp will be offered only the first week of June so take advantage of it.
One of the key reasons why families and kids love UK International Soccer Camp is because of the curriculum. It’s flexible and allows coaches to cater to the needs of each camper. Participants are grouped by age so the curriculum is tailored to their age level too.
Campers 4-6 are learning the FUNdamentals of soccer, 7-10 year olds fine tune skills such as turning, passing, shooting, and dribbling, while the 11-14 year olds are learning tactical concepts, positional awareness, and teamwork.

Making sure your child can perform at their best for their sports camp is important. Maybe this has happened to one of your children. They sign up for a multi-day sports camp and by day 3 they are waking up a bit slower than usual or feeling stiff and sore as they head off to camp. Not ideal. What’s a parent to do in order to help avoid this?
Here are a few preventive steps you can take. Done each day when they get home from camp, they can help your young athlete be ready and recovered for the following day of camp!
- Rehydrate with electrolytes and/or water
- Have a snack or meal with lean protein and nutritious carbs
- Stretch a little (Do it together while they tell you about their day at camp!)
- Do gentle movement or take an easy walk in the evening - Don’t let them say they are too tired to join you as you walk the dog around the block.
- LOTS of sleep is another part of the recovery plan!
Whether your athlete is a beginner in the sport and wants to improve, or is already deep into the sport and is looking to perfect, the Summer UK Soccer Camps offered in Peoria are making an IMPACT in the world of soccer. Can’t wait to have you join in!
